Production and Payments
Contact us and we will assign you a dedicated project manager who will understand your requirements and communicate with you from placing an order to delivery.
- Your project manager will send you an estimate quote based on your requirements.
- Once you agree on a quote, our accounts department will send you a Proforma invoice for upfront payment.
- After the upfront cost, we will start production of your order.
- We will send you pictures and videos of your order for visual confirmation.
- Packaging begins only after your approval of the merchandise.
- Submit the remaining payment of your order to proceed further.
Shipping and Doorstep Delivery
After receiving confirmation of the remaining payment, we will hand over the shipment to our logistics department for safe and timely delivery.
- Once the shipment is onboard the selected shipping carrier, we will assign you a delivery agent in your country.
- The delivery agent will contact you and perform a customs clearance procedure on your behalf.
